Chicago Glaucoma Consultants and CGC Eye Center provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and vision care services. We are specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, a leading cause of blindness in the United States. Additionally, we see patients of all ages in the CGC Eye Center for comprehensive eye health evaluations and vision correction. We treat medical eye problems and offer eye surgeries for glaucoma, cataracts and other conditions of the anterior segment of the eye.

Our mission is to offer each of our patients the finest eye care available today and to lead the way in sight-saving glaucoma treatments with state-of-the-art evaluation/diagnostic techniques incorporating the most advanced methods of managing the disease.

We feature the most advanced equipment available to detect, monitor, and treat glaucoma. Our diagnostic tools include automated visual field equipment used to monitor vision changes caused by glaucoma and other diseases.
